Processing with a small amount of color masterbatch and unstained resin blends can achieve a pigmented product or pigmented product.
The advantages of using color masterbatches in plastics are: no environmental pollution, simple coloring, accurate measurement, and easy dispersion.
Suitable resins include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, and the like.
Processing methods include extrusion and calendering.
Products include pipes, sheets, wires and cables, fibers, artificial leather, and films.
