499000-6160 Auto Parts Sensor

The common rail pressure sensor is located on the fuel rail. Its function is to monitor the fuel pressure in the common rail. Sensor is used by the ECM as a part of the calculation for the % duty cycle applied to the Fuel Pressure Control Valve and Fuel Quantity Control Valve. First, the diesel oil flows from the fuel tank to the oil-water separator to filter impurities and separate free water in the diesel oil. The coarsely filtered diesel oil flows to the ECU heat sink to dissipate heat to the ECU, and then passes through the fuel pump to increase a certain pressure and send it to the fuel fine filter for fine filtration. Small impurities, the finely filtered diesel oil flows to the fuel supply pump through the PCV valve of the fuel metering unit to control the fuel supply. The high pressure diesel is sent to the injector through the high pressure oil pipe for injection
