75Cr3C2-25NiCr Thermal Spray Powder 15-45um  

GP25NC is a kind of Chromium carbide thermal spray powder, with the composition of 75% Cr3C2+25%NiCr, the particle size is 15-45um. The powder shape is spherical due to the manufacturing process of agglomerated and sintered. It is one of HVOF powder which could be applied with both HVOF/HVAF with excellent high temperature resistance which allows it to be performed under the temperature up to 850°C, so it is often used for coating furnace bottom roller in steel industry in order to extend the service life.   The thermal spray coating formed by it also possesses great compact corrosion and erosion resistance, so as to be applied among marine industry and with no doubt to serve under the salty and damp environment such as seawater.
