Product Description A chemical dosing system should be easy to adjust when the dishwasher is installed—and easy to maintain after years of use. Hengze Commercial Dishwasher Detergent Dispenser combines two independent pumps in one compact unit. One pump supplies detergent during the wash process, while the second handles rinse aid. Keeping the two chemical lines separate allows each dose to be adjusted around the actual needs of the dishwasher. Chemical delivery can be controlled down to 1 ml. The detergent pump operates at 60 rpm with a flow rate of 180 ml/min, while the rinse-aid pump runs from 0–30 rpm with an adjustable flow of 0–60 ml/min. Pump timing is flexible as well: both delay and run time can be set from 0 to 99 seconds. Routine maintenance is straightforward.
