Countercurrent Extraction Tower In liquid Process  

Introduction to extraction tower machine: Stainless steel extraction tower is a mechanically stirred industrial extraction tower equipment, consisting of an upper settling chamber, an emulsification chamber, and a lower settling chamber. The emulsification chamber is cylindrical and divided into several extraction chambers through a static annular baffle. There is a fixed rotating disc between the two static annular baffles that rotate along the shaft. During operation, the heavy phase (aqueous phase) and the light phase (organic phase) enter the equipment from the top and bottom of the tower respectively, and make countercurrent contact inside the tower. Under fixed rotary stirring, the dispersed phase forms small droplets to expand the mass transfer area and complete the extraction process, and then the heavy and light phases are discharged from different outlets.
