Elliptical Hollow Mechanical Transmission Parts

The design of this mechanical component features two major highlights: "structural optimization + functional adaptation". The main body adopts an elliptical outer contour + spoked hollowed-out structure: the elliptical shape is adapted to the narrow and long installation space inside the equipment, making better use of the limited layout compared to circular parts. Five groups of radial spokes are evenly distributed, connecting the central shaft hole and the outer ring as one. This not only ensures structural rigidity but also reduces the self-weight of the components through the hollowed-out areas (about 25% lighter than solid structures), thereby lowering the operating load of the equipment.   The large-sized hollowing between the spokes is the core design: it not only forms an airflow channel to assist in heat dissipation inside the equipment, but also reduces the accumulation of dust and debris on the surface of the components, facilitating daily maintenance and cleaning.
