This product is produced by electric furnace reduction method. By selecting raw materials and scientifically controlling the ratio of silicon dioxide to steel chips, the composition is ensured to be uniform and stable under medium temperature smelting conditions. The impurity aluminum and calcium content is strictly controlled within 1.5%.The product demonstrates excellent cost-effectiveness in application, serving as an efficient deoxidizer in ordinary carbon steel production and also suitable for casting thin-walled parts, effectively reducing shrinkage defects and improving casting yield.To ensure the quality of storage and transportation, we use double-layer woven bags (25kg per bag), neatly stacked on 1.2 × 1m standard pallets, and reinforced with stretch film as a whole.
