High-Strength Copper Tee Durable for Industrial Piping

The red copper variable-diameter T-tee suitable for heavy-duty scenarios such as industrial central air conditioning, large logistics cold storage, and chemical refrigeration uses strengthened TP2 red copper material. Through solution treatment (temperature 800-850℃, holding time 1-2 hours) + cold working strengthening process, the tensile strength of the material is increased from the conventional 200MPa to 300MPa, the hardness reaches HV85, and the yield strength is ≥220MPa, significantly enhancing the product's load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance. The variable diameter range is expanded to φ10-φ133, which can meet the large-flow (maximum flow up to 50m³/h) transmission needs of industrial pipelines. The T-type flow channel is optimized by CFD fluid dynamics simulation, and the medium distribution uniformity reaches more than 95%, avoiding local overheating or overcooling caused by uneven flow distribution.
