This fully automated system combines tufting, polishing, vision inspection, hot stamping, laser marking, and dust removal into a single streamlined process. Equipped with a KEYENCE visual inspection module, it achieves 0.01mm precision and rejects defective products in real time. The integrated Toothbrush Bristle Polishing Machine function ensures uniform bristle length and smooth ends with 12 disc polishing heads and a flat trimming cutter. The system's versatility is enhanced by an automatic loading device, powered by a precise Linear Manipulator, which seamlessly feeds various brush handles.
