Limestone Crushing Line for Large Scale Aggregate Production Project Overview: This is the Phase I project for Qifa Building Materials, a 2000 tons per hour (TPH) sand and aggregate production line. To meet the client’s requirement of crushing capacity exceeding screening capacity, we have configured a complete set of equipment including a PCZ2125 heavy hammer crusher, a PC1826 shaping crusher, and all necessary auxiliary systems. Project Features: 1. Capacity-Optimized Configuration • To meet the requirement of crushing capacity exceeding screening capacity, we equipped the line with a PCZ2125 heavy hammer crusher and installed a buffer bin in the middle.
