Lost Wax Castings for Train Parts  

Precision Casting of Train Parts, also known as dewaxing castings or precision castings. Train Parts precision casting need to be ejected from the wax mold with a metal mold first, and the cavity of the ceramic mold shell is replicated through the wax mold, and then the molten high-temperature liquid alloy is injected into the cavity to obtain the Train Part Lost Wax Casts in the same with wax mold shape.   In wax pattern process,we mix stearic acid and paraffin wax. In wax pattern making, as you know, it is better than polyethylene, and the wax deformation is small. In dipping slurry process,most of the suppliers adopt water glass technics in domestic area, but we adopt compound technics or silica sol technics.
