PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: PPS GF30 is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic composite consisting of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) reinforced with 30% glass fibers. High Thermal Resistance: Excellent long-term heat resistance, with a continuous use temperature up to 200-240°C and a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of >260°C. Mechanical Strength: High strength, stiffness, and rigidity provided by the glass fiber reinforcement. It typically has a tensile strength of around 140-170 MPa and a flexural modulus of around 12,000 MPa 49.
