Real-Time PCR, 5 Channel Real-time PCR Instrument

Real-Time PCR, 5 Channel Real-time PCR Instrument Real-Time PCR Instrument  Since an American scientist, Karry Mullis, invented PCR in 1983, PCR technology has been widely used and continuous upgrading.  Karry Mullis's idea was to use Two primers, Nucleotides and DNA polymerase, to make unlimited copies of DNA with the principle  of the PCR cycle three steps: Denaturing, Cooling, and DNA Amplifying.  The First commercial real-time PCR instrument was created in 1996. The instrument monitors fluorescence in the PCR tube as it is happening. Real-time PCR was measured using two primers and a probe to start the reaction binding with DNA strands, and then Taq polymerase copies the DNA by adding up complementary nucleotides. Because the fluorescence dye was attached to the Primer during the reaction increasing the DNA copies, the emitted lights can be captured and displayed on the computer screen in Real-time as the PCR is cycling. The P…
