It employs a dual-crusher configuration consisting of a PCZ2125 heavy-duty hammer crusher for primary crushing and a PC1826 shaping crusher for secondary crushing, supplemented by a three-stage screening system for full-process de-silting. The line is specifically designed for limestone feedstock with high clay content. The core design philosophy is “crushing capacity exceeds screening capacity” —the production capacity margin of the crushing system is consistently higher than the processing capacity of the screening system, ensuring a bottleneck-free process with no material blockages.
