The CNC lathe bed, workbench, column, slider and spindle are all made of resin sand castings after secondary annealing treatment, which has good stability and high strength and ensures the stability of the precision of the CNC machine tool for long-term use. The three-axis adopts linear slide rail, which has the characteristics of high rigidity, high positioning accuracy, low noise and low friction, and can make rapid displacement and/or get the best circular precision. The main structure castings are made of high-quality Mihanna cast iron, with stable structure and permanent quality assurance.
