By effectively blocking wavelengths below 480 nm and transmitting wavelengths of 480 nm and above, the LP480 filter preserves the hemoglobin absorption peaks at approximately 542 nm and 577 nm, while maintaining sufficient energy concentration in the upper dermis, where facial blood vessels are densely distributed.
