1) Philic API Globe Valve Overview Philic API Globe valve (stop valve, Throttling Valve) uses a linear motion disk and function to start, stop, and throttle fluid flow. The opening and closing parts are plug shaped; sealing surface is flat or cone, the valve stem motions along the center linearly. Globe valves can be used for controling oil, gas, steam, water and all kinds of corrosive media, mud, crude oil as well as radioactive liquid media and other types of fluids. Globe valve is suitable for cutting or regulating and throttling. Globe valve's stem opens or closes in short trip, so it has very reliable cutting-off function. Globe valve can only control medium one-way to pass through in directional installation.  We may adapt electric or pneumatic actuators in practice for an easy operation.
