GPNi0105B is a carbide PTA welding powder which mixed by WC-10Co-4Cr cemented carbide powder and nickel based alloy powder. The welding layer not only has high hardness and impact toughness to protect parts that exposed in high abrasion and impact wear but also has good corrosion resistance to protect parts service in petrochemical drilling, oil sand extraction and mining industry. The normal partical size of this pta powder is 45-106um and 45-180um. If you need other size, we can also provide customized size.
