The Multiplex Real time PCR Kit for HPV and 16/18 Typing used for in vitro qualitative detecting 15 high-risk HPVs (16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、53、56、58、59、66、68) in human cervical exfoliated cells, and can identify HPV16 and 18 types, which can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of cervical cancer. After DNA extraction, the presence of HPV and 16/18 Typing is detected by the fluorescence enhancement observed during the reaction after hydrolysis of the fluorescent probe.
