Multiplex Real time PCR Kit for NG/UU/MG/UP/MH/TV  

The kit is designed for the direct detection and differentiation of sexually transmitted infections by real-time PCR in urogenital/endocervical swabs and urine samples. The bacteria in the panel are: Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU), Mycoplasma genitalium (MG), Ureaplasma parvum (UP), Mycoplasma hominis (MH) and Trichomonas vaginalis (TV). The test is performed directly on extracted DNA from urine or swabs specimens and detects genes specifically characterizing the organisms in the panel.
