The through shaft is a core component for cross-component power transmission in the transmission system, with core advantages focusing on large transmission torque and impact resistance. Its transmission torque advantage comes from the integral forging process of 42CrMo alloy steel, the shaft diameter is optimized by finite element analysis, the torsion section coefficient is increased by 25%, and the rated torque is more than 30% higher than that of shafts of the same specification, which can stably carry high-power power transmission.
