Electrolyzers for ozone generators are core devices that directly produce ozone (O₃) by electrolyzing water, widely used in water treatment, air purification and food disinfection. With titanium-based precious metal-coated anodes and titanium/stainless steel cathodes as core components, plus a dedicated diaphragm design, they achieve efficient and stable ozone output. Unlike traditional high-voltage discharge ozone generators, these electrolyzers require no air source or drying system, making operation more efficient and safer. The manufacturing process uses Gr1/Gr2 high-purity titanium for anodes (coated with RuO₂–IrO₂–Ta₂O₅ MMO), treats cathodes to reduce hydrogen evolution overpotential, and adopts dedicated ion exchange membranes.
