Electrolyzers for household alkaline water dispensers are the core parts of water electrolyzers. By electrolyzing tap water, they separate it into mineral-rich alkaline ionized water (enhancing drinking experience) and redox-capable acidic water (for daily cleaning and sterilization). Designed with a combination of titanium-based precious metal-coated electrodes and ion exchange membranes, they feature efficient electrolysis performance, long corrosion-resistant lifespan and safety for household use. The manufacturing process uses high-purity Gr1/Gr2 titanium for anodes (sandblasted + pickled to boost coating adhesion, with RuO₂/IrO₂ thermal decomposition coatings), titanium/stainless steel cathodes (treated to reduce hydrogen evolution overpotential), and high-performance ion exchange membranes (Nafion or similar) inside. These electrolyzers work at DC 5–20V, 1–5A, produce 1–3 L/min of water (pH 8.5–10 alkaline water), have a 3–5-year lifespan, and fit desktop/wall-mounted dispensers.…
