PEM hydrogen electrolyzers (Proton Exchange Membrane Electrolyzers) produce high-purity hydrogen and oxygen by electrolyzing pure water, using proton exchange membranes as solid electrolytes. Their core anode/cathode components are titanium-based coated electrodes, which enable stable operation in strong acidic conditions, along with high energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, widely used in energy storage, transportation and industrial fields. The manufacturing process ensures durability: anodes (Gr1/Gr2 titanium coated with IrO₂/RuO₂ for corrosion resistance and oxygen evolution), cathodes (titanium/stainless steel with Pt for efficient hydrogen evolution), MEA (hot-pressed high-performance Nafion membrane), and bipolar plates (titanium with low-resistance anti-corrosion coatings). These electrolyzers have >60,000 hours of service life, ≥99.999% hydrogen purity, ≥90% current efficiency, second-level start-stop and modular scalability. They apply to wind/solar hydrogen p…
