Titanium Baskets & Hangers for Electroplating

Titanium hangers connect workpieces to be plated with power supplies, ensuring uniform current conduction for ideal plating results. Made of high-quality TA1, TA2 commercially pure titanium or Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, they leverage titanium’s excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight properties and good mechanical strength—providing significant advantages in acidic or alkaline electroplating solutions, with long service life and no contamination to the plating bath. The manufacturing process includes welding, punching, bending for baskets (equipped with polypropylene inner bags to prevent metal particle leakage), and CNC machining, precision welding, surface pickling for hangers.
