Sodium hypochlorite electrolyzers are dedicated to directly producing sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) by electrolyzing low-concentration brine (NaCl solution), widely used in water treatment, disinfection and industrial sterilization. With titanium-based MMO coated anodes (core component) and titanium/stainless steel cathodes, they only require salt and electricity for operation, producing eco-friendly NaClO solution without transporting hazardous chemicals, ensuring high safety. The manufacturing process uses ASTM B265 standard Gr1/Gr2 titanium for anodes (coated with RuO₂–IrO₂ catalytic layers), treats cathodes to reduce hydrogen evolution overpotential, and adopts anti-corrosion tank design.
